2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 777pln Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777pln reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). 777pln is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and gaming regulations. You agree to provide such documentation as 777pln may reasonably request for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.1 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777pln username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 777pln will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review prior to processing. 777pln aims to process approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers. 777pln reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as applicable transaction limits, are set out in the Platform's payment section and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for reviewing current limits before initiating transactions.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 777pln is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, and 777pln reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction it deems suspicious.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 777pln are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. 777pln reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have commenced participation in a promotion in good faith.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All games offered on the 777pln Platform utilise certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation. The integrity of the RNG is subject to periodic third-party audit.
6.2 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 6.3 Malfunction Policy. 9.2 777pln's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777pln account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 777pln's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11.1 By 777pln. 777pln reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 By the Player. You may close your 777pln account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.
